GYM INSTRUCTING
This qualification will provide you with the best foundations to start a career in the fitness industry and level 2 anatomy and physiology knowledge. You will learn how to deliver basic health assessment techniques such as blood pressure and BMI tests as well as develop and plan gym programmes to a wide range of customers of all ages. When completing this course you can then progress onto fitness courses to teach classes or qualify to study level 3 personal training.

LEVEL 3
GYM INSTRUCTING &
PERSONAL TRAINING
This qualification will provide you with the skills that are required to be a successful personal trainer. Level 2 gym instructing will need to be completed first and Level 3 personal training can be started as soon as you hold your gym instructing qualification. These 2 courses combined will allow you to personal train clients 1-1 and will give you deeper knowledge of anatomy and physiology, weight management, nutrition and programmes.

LEVEL 3
PERSONAL TRAINING
This qualification can be done if you already have a Level 2 gym instructing certificate. This course will allow you to expand on your level 2 knowledge and entitle you to train clients on a 1-1 basis.Your knowledge on programming, nutrition, anatomy and physiology will be heightened to Level 3.

LEVEL 3
SPORTS MASSAGE
You have to be 16+ for this course. Anatomy and physiology for sports massage will be learnt as well as massage techniques, postural analysis and contraindications. This course can compliment other fitness qualifications such as gym instructing and personal training.

FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL MARKETING
Ideal for those who are new to marketing. This course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and ability to enter the marketing industry workplace.

EDUCATION AND TEACHING
You have to be 18+ for this qualification. It will enable you to teach or tutor what you are qualified in at higher education level. After this qualification you can go onto do an assessors course, which will allow you to assess students.
